BSEC`S FOREIGN MINISTERS TO GATHER IN BAKU
Baku, October 15 (AzerTAc). The twenty first meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of BSEC member countries will take place in Baku, on October 22.
During the meeting, Azerbaijan`s presidency will be handed over to Bulgaria, press-service of Azerbaijani Foreign Affairs Ministry said.
Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will deliver an opening address.
