AZERBAIJAN FOOTBALLERS DRAW 1-1 WITH RUSSIA

Baku, October 14 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan’s national football team have been held to a 1-1 home draw by Russia in the 2010 world cup qualifier.
Russia’s goal came in the 13th minute from Arsenal midfielder Andrei Arshavin.
Azerbaijan grabbed the equalizer in the 54th minute with a superb strike from Vagif Javadov.
