CHIEF OF AZERBAIJANI STATE MARITIME ADMINISTRATION TO ATTEND IMO`S MEETING
Baku, 13 October (AzerTAc). Chief of Azerbaijani State Maritime Administration Gudrat Gurbanov will attend a meeting of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) in New York.
The event, which is to gather heads of maritime administrations from IMO`s 182 member countries will be dedicated to the World Maritime Day.
Issues of protection of sea environment, fighting piracy and armed attack as well as expansion of cooperation with relevant structures will be in the focus of meeting.
