AZERBAIJAN PRESIDENT OFFICIALLY WELCOMED TO JORDAN
Amman, October 12 (AzerTAc). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has been given an official welcome to Jordan.
A guard of honor was lined up at a square in front of the Al-Hummar Palace decorated with the national flags of Jordan and Azerbaijan.
President Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva were welcomed by Jordan`s King Abdullah II and Queen Rania.
The two leaders inspected a ceremonial Guard of Honor as a military orchestra played the national anthems of Azerbaijan and Jordan.
Jordan`s officials were introduced to President Ilham Aliyev, while members of Azerbaijan`s delegation to King Abdullah II.
