SEOUL HOSTS 2nd MEETING ON POLITICAL CONSULTATIONS BETWEEN AZERBAIJANI AND KOREAN FOREIGN MINISTRIES
Baku, October 10 (AzerTAc). The second meeting on political consultations between Azerbaijan Foreign Ministry and Korea`s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade took place in Seoul.
The event focused on cooperation on political and economic issues between the two countries.
The sides exchanged views on cooperation opportunities in energy, ICT, construction, transport, tourism and agricultural fields. They also underlined the necessity of boosting bilateral scientific, educational and cultural cooperation.
As part of the event Azerbaijani deputy foreign minister Khalaf Khalafov met Korean first vice-minister of foreign affairs and trade Kwon Jong-rak, deputy minister Lee Yong-joon, chairman of working group on Korea-Azerbaijan interparliamentary ties Suh Byong-su and president of Korea International Cooperation Agency Park Dae Won.
