AZERI PARLIAMENTARY DELEGATION TO VISIT BELARUS
Baku, October 10 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s parliamentary delegation led by Speaker Ogtay Asadov will pay an official visit to Belarus on Monday.
According to the Milli Majlis press secretary Akif Nasirov, during the two-day visit Asadov will meet Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko to discuss current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation.
The delegation members will meet Vladimir Andreychenko, chairman of Belarus National Assembly`s House of Representatives, and Boris Batura, chairman of the Assembly`s Council of Republic.
Nasirov said the talks will focus on avenues for developing interparliamentary cooperation, in particular lawmaking.
The two countries` legislative bodies will also sign a bilateral cooperation agreement.
