President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of congratulation to US counterpart Barack Obama on winning the Nobel Peace Prize.
“This high award is recognition of your efforts to strengthen peace and stability and peacefully solve conflicts,” the President of Azerbaijan said in his message.
