AZERI GRAND MASTER HASHIMOV 6th IN FIDE TOP TEN LIST
Baku, October 8 (AzerTAc). World Chess Federation, FIDE, has announced its latest top 100 list where Azerbaijani grandmaster Vugar Hashimov is ranked 6th with 2755. 7 points.
Another Azeri grandmasters Teymur Rajabov and Shahriyar Mammadyarov ranked 11th and 23rd respectively.
Bulgaria`s Veselin Topalov tops the list with 2811.5 points, and is followed by Norwegian Magnus Carlsen with 2796.4 and Indian Viswanathan Anand 2788.
