Baku, October 8 (AzerTAc). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev left Thursday for Chisinau, Moldova, to attend a meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State.
At the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, the Head of State was seen off by Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, Chief of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev and Baku Mayor Hajibala Abutalybov.
