AZERBAIJAN PRESIDENT VISITS “CASPIAN-AGRO” INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION
Baku, October 6 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev has today visited the “Caspian-Agro” International Agriculture, Food Processing and Packaging Exhibition at the Heydar Aliyev Sport and Concert Complex.
The Head of State first viewed heavy agricultural equipments made in Minsk and Ganja, the second largest city in Azerbaijan.
The President was informed that the aim of the exhibition is to promote Azerbaijan`s agricultural goods to attract attention of foreign companies.
More than 80 companies from Azerbaijan, US, Germany, Turkey, Italy, Belarus, Syria, Israel, Lithuania and Latvia are attending the exhibition.
President Ilham Aliyev viewed pavilions of Azerbaijan Ministry of Agriculture, Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, Azerbaijan State Agrarian University, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, as well as Lithuania, Italy, Latvia, Israel, Syria and Belarus.
