Hatoyama to move into official residence in mid-Oct.+

TOKYO, Oct. 5 Kyodo -
Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama will move into the premier's official residence
from his private house in Tokyo in mid-October, sources close to him said
Monday.
The move will come after the official campaigns for House of Councillors
by-elections in Kanagawa and Shizuoka prefectures start Thursday, according to
the sources.
As Hatoyama is planning to convene an extraordinary Diet session on Oct. 26, he
has decided to transfer his home base to the official residence to fully
prepare for parliamentary deliberations, the sources said.
