PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV RECEIVES PAKISTANI MILITARY DELEGATION
Baku, 5 October (AzerTAc). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev today received Pakistani delegation led by Chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Tariq Majid.
The Head of State said as close partners, Azerbaijan-Pakistan bilateral relations are successfully developing.
President Aliyev said ‘Pakistan is a friendly and fraternal country to Azerbaijan, adding relationship between the two nations will further develop in all fields, including the military sphere.
The President expressed assurance the visit of Chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee will contribute to deepening of cooperation between the two countries in the years ahead.
General Tariq Majid thanked the Azerbaijani leader for warm hospitality.
He praised current level of Azerbaijan-Pakistan relationship.
They discussed a variety of issues of mutual interest.
