AZERBAIJAN TO START GAS EXPORT TO RUSSIA FROM 2010
Baku, October 5 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan will start gas export to Russia beginning from next year under a bilateral agreement.
According to Nazim Samadzadeh, First Vice-President of Azerigaz, gas will be exported at a rate of 1.5 million cubic meters per day.
This June Azerigaz and Gazprom agreed that Russia would receive over 500 million cubic meters of gas from Azerbaijan in 2010.
