BAKU HOSTS INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE WITHIN “AZERBAIJAN-GERMANY DAYS OF HIGH EDUCATION”
Baku, October 3 (AzerTAc) Azerbaijan State University of Economics hosts international conference within the Azerbaijan-Germany Days of High Education.
The conference is organized by the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan and German Academic Exchange Program (DAAD). Azerbaijani and German representatives are attending the conference.
In the opening ceremony Azerbaijan minister of Education Misir Mardanov spoke of the Azerbaijan and Germany cooperation in education sphere and also stressed the importance of the current event. “More than 70 Azerbaijani students are studying in Germany within the government program now. Most of Azerbaijani students were attending the academic programs in economics, finance, medicine and agriculture”, the Minister added.
The conference discusses experience and prospects of cooperation between Azerbaijani and German universities and cooperation in the fields of medicine, technical sciences and other problems.
The conference will end on October 3.
