FIRST MEETING OF AZERBAIJAN-INDIA INTERGOVERNMENTAL COMMISSION TO TAKE PLACE IN DELHI
Baku, October 2 (AzerTAc). The first meeting of Azerbaijan-India intergovernmental commission will be held in Delhi.
According to Indian ambassador to Azerbaijan, Debnat Show, the meeting is scheduled for the yearend.
“The meeting was postponed several times and we hope it will take place until the end of the year.”
“The meeting will create an opportunity to discuss prospects for developing bilateral cooperation in a wide range of fields, in particular trade, technology, science, tourism, education and energy.”
The Ambassador said India is one of the 15 largest trade and economic partners of Azerbaijan.
“India purchases oil products from Azerbaijan, and in return, exports pharmaceutical products, meat, tea and other products to Azerbaijan,” he added.
