Baku, October 1 (AzerTAc). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to his Nigerian counterpart Umaru Yar`adua on country`s Independence Day.
In the letter, the President expressed hope that friendly and cooperative relations between Azerbaijan and Nigeria will continue to develop in line with interests of the two countries` peoples.
