MEMBERS OF PATS HOLD MEETING IN BAKU

Baku, September 28 (AzerTAc). Prior to the summit of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkish-speaking States due in Baku, speaker of the Turkish Grand National Assembly Mehmet Ali Shahin, Speaker of Kazakh Parliament’s Majlis Ural Muhamedjanov and Head of the Parliament of Kirgizstan Aytibay Tagayev have visited the Milli Majlis (Azerbaijan Parliament) today. After tete-a-tete meeting with a speaker of Milli Majlis Ogtay Asadov, guests convened for a conference of the Assembly’s Council. On September 29, Baku will host the first summit of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkish-speaking States. Participants including Speakers of the Azerbaijani, Turkish, Kazakh and Kyrgyz Parliaments, will discuss issues related to the establishment of PATS’ Headquarters and signing of Baku Declaration.
