TURKISH AND AZERBAIJANI FOREIGN MINISTERS MEET IN NEW YORK
Baku, September 27 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov met Saturday with his Turkish counterpart Ahmet Davutoglu in New York to share ideas on the Azerbaijan-Turkey cooperation in all fields.
The Ministers discussed the situation of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Minister Mammadyarov let Davutoglu know about Azerbaijan`s stance on the resolution process, adding the peace and stability are impossible in the region unless the problem is solved.
Discussions also revolved around the trip of NTV channel`s journalists to the occupied lands of Azerbaijan. Turkish Foreign Minister noted the Ministry also officially stated the trip had been illegal.
