GNAT SPEAKER VISITS ALLEY OF HONORS IN BAKU

Baku, September 26 (AzerTAc). Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (GNAT) Mehmet Ali Shahin has today visited the Alley of Honors to revere memory of the national leader, founder of the modern Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev. He laid a wreath on the tomb of the national leader. He also put flowers on grave of the renowned ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
Mehmet Ali Shahin then went to the Alley of Martyrs to pay respect to brave sons of Azerbaijan who died for territorial integrity and independence of their country.
He put a wreath at the Eternal Fire monument and a monument to Turkish soldiers.
