DEPUTY SPEAKER OF AZERBAIJAN PARLIAMENT MEETS HIS LITHUANIAN COLLEAGUE
Baku, 25 September (AzerTAc). Deputy Speaker of Azerbaijan Parliament, Chairman of the Committee for natural resources, energy and ecology Valeh Alasgarov met in Baku with Deputy Speaker of Lithuanian Parliament Ceslovas Stankevicius.
Mr. Alasgarov underlined that such visits give an impulse to development of the relations between the two countries. He told of structure, activity, international relations of Milli Majlis, economic reforms, oil strategy and the sore problem of Azerbaijan - Nagorno Karabakh conflict.
Mr. Stankevicius praised the reforms being implemented in the country. He noted that Azerbaijan and Lithuania parliaments elaborated several projects to further develop cooperation between the two countries.
