AZERI DEFENSE MINISTER IN MOSCOW

Baku, September 21 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s defense minister Safar Abiyev is on a working visit in Russia for talks aimed at exploring prospects for future military cooperation between the two countries.
Abiyev will meet his Russian counterpart Anatoly Serdyukov, and the two ministers are scheduled to sign a 2010 cooperation plan.
The trip will also see the Azeri minister travel to St. Petersburg where he will visit Leningrad Military District headquarters.
