AZERBAIJAN IS SOUTH CAUCASUS` MOST DEVELOPING ECONOMY, BELGIAN BRIGADIER GENERAL
Baku, September 21 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan is the most developing economy in the Southern Caucasian region, said Belgian brigadier general Patrick Nopens.
Addressing an international conference entitled “Security and stability in the Caspian sea region from the point of new geopolitical reality”, Nopens praised the country`s contribution to ensuring Europe`s energy security.
The Belgian brigadier general also hailed Azerbaijan`s foreign policy, saying the country maintains good relations with both European and Muslim states.
“President Ilham Aliyev`s balanced foreign policy is what ensures a strengthening international image for Azerbaijan, which is getting more and more partners.”
