BAKU TO HOST MEETING OF BSEC EMERGENCY MINISTERS
Baku, September 18 (AzerTAc). Emergency Ministers from member countries of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, BSEC, will gather in Azerbaijan`s capital today to define prospects of cooperation in eliminating natural and manmade disasters.
The participants will adopt a Baku Declaration on outcomes of the gathering.
BSEC is an intergovernmental organization uniting 12 states. The organization was established by the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Treaty in 1999.
