OSCE AND GUAM SECRETARIES GENERAL MEET IN KYIV

Kyiv, September 18 (AzerTAc). OSCE Secretary General, Marc Perrin de Brichambaut has visited the GUAM Secretariat here where he met with GUAM Secretary General Valery Chechelashvili. The need for dialogue between GUAM and OSCE was stressed at the meeting. The sides briefed each other on the meeting of the Council of GUAM Foreign Ministers and OSCE Ministerial meeting in Athens
They shared their views on development of OSCE-GUAM cooperation programs including those concerning fight against organized crime. The parties agreed to intensify ties at the level of secretriats` experts.
OSCE and GUAM officials were present at the meeting.
