Baku, September 14 (AzerTAc). A meeting of the European Union`s General Affairs and External Relations Council started Monday in Brussels.
During the two-day event, foreign ministers of EU member states will discuss Europe`s energy security, prospects for development of relationship with South Caucasus countries, signing various agreements with them and other issues.
