‘IFAD INTENDS TO CARRY OUT ANOTHER TWO PROJECTS IN AZERBAIJAN’
Baku, September 10 (AzerTAc). International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) intends to carry out another two projects in Azerbaijan in 2010-2015 on development of separate areas of agricultural sector, head of IFAD projects in Azerbaijan Vugar Mehdiyev said.
Mehdiyev noted IFAD has been carrying out some projects in Azerbaijan since 1997, adding work on realization of two of them has already been completed.
He also pointed out IFAD-funded projects would contribute to creating new job places and food abundance in Azerbaijan and developing infrastructure in the country`s rural areas.
