HEAD OF COUNCIL OF STATE SUPPORT TO NGOs MEETS OSCE REPS IN BAKU
Baku, 9 September (AzerTAc). Chairman of the Council of State Support to NGOs under the Azerbaijan President Azay Guliyev has met Wednesday with officials of the OSCE Office in Baku Monica Martinez, Harald Chiarlo and second secretary political of the British Embassy in Baku Catherine Cleeve.
The talks focused on prospects for development of civil society institutions, the Council`s material and technical support to local NGOs, state registration of NGOs and other issues.
Guliyev said the registration process of NGOs in the country was simplified in March this year, so, he added, the number of documents required by the Justice Ministry for the process has decreased.
