GUAM SECRETARY GENERAL VISITS CZECHIA
Baku, September 8 (AzerTAc). GUAM Secretary General Valeri Chechelashvili paid a working visit to the Czech Republic where he met with the country`s First Deputy Foreign Minister Tomas Pojar.
The talks focused on cooperation in the GUAM – Czech Republic format, implementation of decisions agreed during the GUAM – Czech Republic meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs in Helsinki on 4 December 2008 and common projects and programs of cooperation.
The sides decided to contribute to efforts towards elaboration and implementation of common projects. The Czech side also expressed its readiness to back cooperation in Vishegrad group – GUAM format.
