COACHES OF FINLAND AND AZERBAIJAN NATIONAL TEAMS BRIEF JOURNALISTS
Lankaran, September 6 (AzerTAc). Coaches of Azerbaijan and Finland gave a news conference following Finland`s narrow 1:2 away win over Azerbaijan in the world championship qualifier.
Azerbaijan team`s coach Berti Vogts said Finland was lucky in scoring both goals.
“Azerbaijan team has very little international experience. Unfortunately, we made a mistake,” said Vogts
Finland`s coach Stuart Baxter said Azerbaijan kept up pressure in the second half. Finnish footballers managed to net two goals.
“We are happy we garnered three points because Azerbaijan team managed to beat us once,” said Baxter.
