AZERI NATIONAL NURANGIZ KHODZHAROVA RELEASED BOOK “SINGLE VOICE OR CACOPHONY?”

Baku, September 3 (AzerTAc). German`s VDM Verlag Dr.Muller Aktiengesellschaft & Co.KG issued a book “Single voice or cacophony? Competing National Preferences in European Energy Policy“ written by Azeri Nurangiz Khodzharova.
A book narrates on growing importance of energy needs being on the agenda of domestic and foreign policy makers. The European Union, representing one of the largest economies and energy consumers in the world, has come to a crossroads in defining its energy policy, in light of the current and future energy dependence of its member states. A book reveals theoretical perspectives of EU integration, EU energy policy, liberalization of energy market. The author tries to consider difficult tasks facing the EU member countries on security of energy supplies. She citied UK and Germany as an example to give an answer to such challenges as energy dependence, reliable delivery of energy resources, market liberalization of natural gas.
Nurangiz Khodzharova was born in Baku, in 1985. She obtained BS in International studies at State University of New York College at Fredonia. In 2008 she got master`s at the department of international relations and European studies at Central European University. Currently works as a program assistant, MAC Field at Ford Foundation.
