DELEGATION OF AZERBAIJAN NATIONAL OLYMPIC COMMITTEE TAKES PART IN GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE ORGANIZATION OF SPORTS SOLIDARITY OF THE ISLAMIC STATES
Baku, 1 September (AzerTAc). On 31 August, vice-president of the Azerbaijan National Olympic Committee Chingiz Huseynzade took part in 6th General Assembly of the Organization of Sports Solidarity of the Islamic States
At the event, Azerbaijan is represented by delegation led by the vice-president of National Olympic Committee Chingiz Huseynzade.
Assembly participants will focus on organizational questions of the Second Games of Islamic Solidarity expected in Iran in October current year, cooperation in the Islamic states in sports sphere. Also will be heard the Organization`s report for the past four years.
Along with it, the Assembly is to elect new members and head of the Executive Committee of the Organization of Sports Solidarity of the Islamic states.
