ANA to resume Osaka-Dalian flights+

TOKYO, Aug. 28 Kyodo -
All Nippon Airways Co. said Friday it will resume flights between Kansai
International Airport in Osaka Prefecture and the Chinese coastal city of
Dalian on Oct. 25.
ANA expects an increase in demand for flights on the route as rival Japan
Airlines Corp. intends to withdraw from it, company officials said.
ANA will operate a daily round-trip flight between Osaka and Dalian, a route
the carrier stopped operating on in mid-February as part of efforts to address
a sharp decline in business passengers amid the global economic downturn.
