Gibbs banned for three games

Wests Tigers prop Bryce Gibbs has been banned for three matches after being found
guilty of a grade two dangerous contact charge at the NRL judiciary.
Gibbs had been seeking a downgrade to a grade one offence which would have seen him
avoid suspension, but the judiciary panel upheld the original grading for his 29th
minute tackle on Parramatta winger Luke Burt on Friday night.
