IBA-MOSCOW REPAYS SYNDICATED LOAN FACILITY
Moscow, August 25 (AzerTAc). IBA-Moscow (International Bank of Azerbaijan) has repaid the syndicated loan of $55 million underwritten by the International Bank of Azerbaijan in August 2008 at the LIBOR +1.25%.
The loan facility was arranged by Bayerische Landesbank, Credit Suisse and BANIF - Banco Internacional do Funchal S.A. The lenders included Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Mega International Commercial Bank Co. Ltd., Paris branch, AKA Ausfuhrkredit-Gesellschaft m.b.H., Banque de Commerce et de Placements S.A., Caixa Geral de Depositos S.A., France Branch, Land Bank of Taiwan, Offshore Banking Branch
IBA-Azerbaijan used the loan to finance trade financing operations and attracting the bank`s credit portfolio.
