Baku, August 22 (AzerTAc). Participation of the so-called “Nagorno-Karabakh Republic” in the negotiations is not the subject of negotiations, said chief of the Presidential Administration`s department of political analysis and information provision Elnur Aslanov.
According to him, Armenia and Azerbaijan are the two parties to hold talks. The reason why Azerbaijan is negotiating with Armenia is that 20% of Azerbaijani lands had been occupied by this country.
