AZERBAIJAN`S EXISTING LEGISLATURE PROVIDES FOR THE CONDUCT OF FREE, FAIR AND TRANSPARENT ELECTIONS

Baku, 21 August (AzerTAc). The existing election legislature of Azerbaijan fully provides for the conduct of free, fair and transparent elections, Ali Ahmadov, Member of Milli Majlis (Azerbaijan Parliament) of the Azerbaijan Republic, deputy chairman of the Yeni Azerbaijan Party (YAP), said. From this standpoint, there is no need to amend the election legislature, he stressed.
Ahmadov noted that the existing Election Code has justified itself in several elections, is perfect and approved by international organizations.
