No message sent to Tehran by Paris on Reis case - Source
An informed source at Foreign Ministry on Tuesday ruled out rumors that Paris had sent a message to Tehran through Damascus on the French national, Clotilde Reis, who was recently tried in connection with the post-election riots in Iran.
“The report released by the media is not authentic,” said the source.
Reis was arrested in connection with Tehran riots and was subsequently tried on charges of involvement in post-election riots.
She was later released on a three billion rial bail provided by the French Embassy on condition of not leaving Iran.
