AZERBAIJANI INVESTORS KEEN IN REAL ESTATE MARKET IN BALTIC COUNTRIES

Riga, 18 August (AzerTAc). According to the Latvian media, representatives of Azerbaijan`s Gilan Holding Group and Ata Holding Group companies are to make a trip to Latvia this week. The aim is to study the real estate market in the mentioned region and prepare a package of possible deals with the Baltic entrepreneurs.
According to the member of Latvian Commerce-Industry Chamber, chairman of Board of the VRPB Company Yurgis Abelen, the Azerbaijani businessmen will estimate the purchase possibilities of purchasing real estate in this region.
In particular, the Gilan Company is going to create hotels complex in Baltic countries and is keen to invest in hotel construction heer.
