Baku, August 15 (AzerTAc). Caucasian Review of International Affairs (CRIA) founded by Azerbaijani experts in Germany in 2006 has been indexed in the Columbia International Affairs Online (CIAO).
The CRIA is a quarterly peer-reviewed Open Access, non-profit and online academic journal. With its preeminent International Advisory Board and Editorial Board representing various academic institutions, the Review is committed to promote a better understanding of regional affairs by providing relevant background information and analysis, as far as the Caucasus in general, and the South Caucasus in particular are concerned.
“It is considered to be the most influential resource for international affairs, theory and research. CRIA is permitted to present its articles to researchers and specialists all over the world,” Editor-in-chief of the journal Nasimi Agayev told AzerTAc.
The CRIA also welcomes lucid, well-documented papers on all aspects of international affairs, from all political viewpoints.
CIAO administered by Columbia University Press covers 77 selected scientific journals on international affairs. It includes Foreign Affairs, Foreign Police, World Affairs and International Security.
Being included in the electronic journal catalogues of the respective university libraries CRIA is available to the academic communities of universities such as Harvard University, Oxford University, Princeton University, Stanford University, Columbia University, Georgetown University, Johns Hopkins University, George Mason University,  George Washington University, University of California Berkeley, University of Chicago, University of Toronto, McGill University, Humboldt University of Berlin, Hamburg University, University of Vienna, University of Munich, etc.
CRIA’s primary goal is to produce an efficient dialogue and exchange of ideas on the Caucasus and beyond among practitioners, researchers and theorists from the region itself and abroad.
CRIA has also established mutually beneficial partnership with a number of organizations and publications such as Caucasus Research Resource Centres, Welttrends Journal, E-Politik.de, etc. and is looking forward to increase the number of such partnerships in the future.
