AZERI CHESS PLAYERS COMPETE IN INT`L JUBILAUMS OPEN TOURNAMENT

Baku, August 14 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani grandmasters Eltaj Safarli and Namig Guliyev gained 5 and 4 points respectively in the International “Jubilaums Open” tournament held in Zurich, Switzerland.
Israeli Boris Avrukh leads the table with 6 points after 7 rounds.
As a whole, the Swiss system tournament brought together 296 chess players.
