AZERI OMBUDSWOMAN MEETS REPRESENTATIVE OF US EMBASSY IN BAKU
Baku, August 13 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s human rights commissioner Elmira Suleymanova met Joanna Hanson, the counselor for political affairs of the US embassy in Azerbaijan.
Suleymanova spoke of seminars held by local and international experts for policemen and judges in the atmosphere of cooperation with law enforcement bodies.
Joanna Hanson said there is a good opportunity for cooperation with Azerbaijan`s Ombudsman.
Suleymanova expressed assurance the cooperation in the field of protection of human rights will be continued with US future envoy to Azerbaijan.
