MATTHEW BRYZA: “MINSK GROUP PROCESS FINDS ITSELF IN GOOD PLACE”
Baku, July 12 (AzerTAc). “OSCE Minsk Group Process finds itself in good place,” said Matthew Bryza at the last conference in the capacity of the American co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group. He added US and Azerbaijan have shared interests towards achieving progress in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
According to him, the person who will replace him will be of the highest caliber. He said Obama Administration will try so that both sides could be satisfied with the new candidature because the region is important for the US.
“US and Azerbaijan are friends and close partners. Both countries have shared interests in security and counter-terrorism,” said Bryza.
Bryza noted Azerbaijan is one of the leaders in terms of ensuring diversification of energy supplies to Europe.
