Saudi Ambassador to Ireland opens the embassy's main building

Dublin, August 11, SPA -- Hoisting the Saudi national flag on the
Saudi embassy's main building in Dublin today, Abdulaziz bin
Abdulrahman Al-Darees, the Saudi Ambassador to Ireland, announced the
opening of the embassy to the European country.

To mark the occasion, the ambassador lauded the deep-rooted
relations binding the governments and peoples of the Kingdom of Saudi
Arabia and Ireland.
He also noted the steady progress of bilateral relations between the
two friendly countries, particularly in the political, economic,
cultural, scientific and educational fields. He also dedicated the
embassy's website on the internet.
The event was attended by a number of Irish senior officials, Arab
ambassadors accredited to Ireland and businessmen.
