AZERBAIJANI RESEARCHER ELECTED SCIENTIFIC EMPLOYEE OF GERMANY`S WORLD PROBLEMS INSTITUTE

Doctoral candidate on social sciences, young Azerbaijani researcher Azer Babayev after delivery of his doctor's work in August current year at the University of Mannheim, has been elected as the scientific employee of one of the known research institutes of Germany – HSFK (the Frankfurt institute of researches of problems of the world).
Azer Babayev who has continued the academic career on post-education in the frame of the scientific program “Power and the Social World” will be also the expert of this institute on South Caucasus.
HSFK, Germany`s first and largest institute of researches of problems of the world, has been founded in 1970 in the Land of Gessen, is a member of the Leibniz Association uniting 86 research institutes across Germany. Main objective of the Frankfurt institute of researches of problems of the world is studying of the international and internal conflicts, research of conditions of the world and support of idea of the world. Results of researches of the institute which is carrying out also advisory function make contribution to acceptance by the German Federal Government of concrete political decisions to this end. Besides, HSFK plays important role in formation of the German public thought on certain subjects.
Young scientist Azer Babayev is known among the German scientific circles for his articles, lectures at the international conferences about political processes proceeding in region, in particular about the Karabakh conflict, acts as the expert on the South Caucasus region.
