IN HONOR OF DISTINGUISHED GUEST

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and first lady Mehriban Aliyeva have hosted today an official reception in honor of Latvian President Valdis Zatlers and his spouse Lilita Zatlers at the Gulustan palace.
The Presidents made speeches at the event.
