FAMOUS AMERICAN JAZZ TRIO PERFORMES IN BAKU

Baku, August 10 (AzerTAc). Famous American guitarist Stanley Jordan and his trio gave two concerts in Baku.
Stanley Jordan is an American jazz guitarist, best known for his development of the touch technique for playing guitar. He is a Grammy nominated for Best Pop Instrumental Performance.
In 1985, Stanley Jordan's debut album "Magic Touch" sold over 500,000 copies, and his tapping technique redefined the possibilities for guitar players. Truly one of the world's elite musical talents, Jordan continued to explore unconventional recording projects and material.
In the mid-1990's he discovered the field of music therapy and approached it with the same tenacity that he applied to the guitar. Stanley has traveled the world as a spokesman for the field of music therapy and is working toward a Masters degree at Arizona State University.
He joins the PotentialOfMusic.com podcast to discuss the world of music therapy, music education, and his first mainstream solo album in over a decade, "State of Nature."
