Diver missing off Sydney beach

Police will continue searching for a spear fisherman missing off a northern Sydney
beach.
Emergency services were called to Fisherman's Beach, Collaroy, about 12.45pm (AEST)
on Sunday.
Police believe the 31-year-old Blakehurst man was spear fishing underwater with
three other people about 300 metres off a boat ramp and failed to return with the
group about 11am.
Police divers, lifesavers, Polair and other swimmers were unable to find the man.
The search was suspended at about 4.30pm because of fading light.
Divers and Polair will resume the search at 8.30am on Monday.
