AZERBAIJAN OPENS 64 DIPLOMATIC MISSIONS IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Baku, August 9 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan has 64 diplomatic missions abroad including embassies, permanent missions to international organizations and consulates general. Of them 51 are embassies, six are consulates general, seven are missions. The number of diplomats working abroad is about 600. Roughly 350 employees work in the Foreign Ministry itself and its office in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
