Thomas free to play against Fremantle

Port Adelaide defender Matt Thomas is free to play in his side's must-win clash with
Fremantle after beating a rough conduct charge at the AFL Tribunal on Tuesday night.
Thomas was found not guilty of engaging in rough conduct against Hawthorn's Xavier
Ellis at AAMI Stadium last Sunday.
The decision means Thomas can play against Fremantle at Subiaco Oval on Sunday in a
game the Power must win to retain their place in the top eight.
Fremantle's Hayden Ballantyne has also challenged his suspension at the tribunal,
for making forceful, front-on contact on the Western Bulldogs' Liam Picken at Etihad
Stadium last Saturday.
Richmond's Jake King pleaded guilty to wrestling Melbourne's Aaron Davey at the MCG
on Sunday and was fined $1,800.
