Malaysian official hails Iran scientific achievements
Director-general of the Institute of Islamic Understanding Malaysia (IKIM) on Tuesday hailed Iran’s achievements in science and technology regardless of western sanctions.
Datuk Dr Seyed Ali Tawfik made the remarks in an exclusive interview with IRNA.
He reiterated that the Islamic countries should open new arenas for the scientific successes.
Referring to the issues of nuclear technology and imposition of double-standard on the Islamic states, especially Iran, Dr Tawfik said they are examples of the Western governments efforts to prevent the Muslim nations from achieving scientific progress.
